1. 服务内容与账户

Zaelume 提供面向商品视觉创作的 AI 图片生成与相关账户、作品和点数管理功能。你应提供准确的注册信息，妥善保护登录凭据，并对账户内发生的活动负责。发现未经授权的使用时，请立即联系我们。

2. 用户内容与授权

你保留对上传图片、文字指令及依法享有权利的其他内容的权益。为处理生成任务、存储和交付结果、排查故障及提供支持，你授予 Zaelume 一项非独占、限于提供服务所必要范围的处理许可。你确认有权上传和使用相关内容，且不会侵犯他人的著作权、商标权、肖像权、隐私权或其他合法权益。

3. AI 生成结果

AI 结果具有不确定性，可能包含错误、不一致、相似内容或不适合特定商业用途的元素。你应在发布、投放、印刷或销售前自行审核结果，包括商品真实性、文字、商标、人物形象、合规性与第三方权利。我们不保证结果唯一、无瑕疵或适用于任何特定目的。

4. 点数与费用

生成任务可能消耗点数，实际扣点以后端记录和成功生成结果为准。赠送点数可能设有期限或使用条件。在线支付尚未开放时，请通过官方支持渠道获取点数；任何费用、退款或额外规则会在相关功能启用时另行明确展示。

5. 可接受使用

你不得利用服务生成或传播违法、欺诈、侵权、仇恨、骚扰、露骨性内容、针对未成年人的不当内容、恶意代码，或用于冒充、误导、规避安全措施。不得探测、攻击、逆向破坏服务，批量创建虚假账户，窃取密钥，或绕过点数、权限和速率限制。

6. 服务变更与终止

我们可能为安全、维护、供应商变化或产品迭代调整、暂停或终止部分功能，并尽合理努力降低对用户的影响。若账户违反本条款、带来安全风险或依法必须处理，我们可以限制或终止访问。你可以停止使用服务，并通过 [email protected] 申请关闭账户。

7. 免责声明与责任限制

在适用法律允许范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。我们不对网络、第三方模型或服务中断、用户不当使用、未经审核的生成结果造成的间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。本条款不排除适用法律不得限制或排除的责任。

8. 隐私、条款更新与联系

1. Service and accounts

Zaelume provides AI-assisted product-visual generation and related account, work and credit-management features. You must provide accurate registration details, protect your credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content

You retain your rights in images, prompts and other content you submit. You grant Zaelume a non-exclusive permission, limited to what is necessary to process generation tasks, store and deliver results, troubleshoot and provide support. You must have the rights needed to submit and use that content and must not infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.

3. AI outputs

AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, inconsistencies, similar material or elements unsuitable for a particular commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing product accuracy, text, marks, people, compliance and third-party rights before publishing, advertising, printing or selling. We do not promise that outputs are unique, error-free or fit for a specific purpose.

4. Credits and fees

Generation may consume credits; authoritative charges are determined by the server and successfully generated results. Promotional credits may expire or carry conditions. Where online payment is not available, credits are obtained through official support. Additional pricing or refund rules will be shown when relevant features launch.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit material; harmful content involving minors; malware; impersonation; deception; or evasion of safeguards. You may not attack or disrupt the service, create abusive accounts, steal credentials, or bypass credits, access controls or rate limits.

6. Changes, suspension and termination

We may adjust, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance, vendor changes or product development. We may restrict access where an account violates these terms, creates risk or must be addressed by law. You may stop using the service and request account closure at [email protected].

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by networks, third-party models or services, misuse, or unreviewed outputs. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy, updates and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. We may update these terms and post a new effective date; material changes will be communicated reasonably. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
